We basically deliver to pretty much all of Lancashire inc the fylde and into Lancaster, Every supplier will have a different way of selling there logs which can get a little bit confusing, remember that logs should always be sold on volume not weight, our full loose load works out at approx 3.6 cubic metres (loose fill not stacked and interlocked by hand) for those people who do not understand cubic metres - MOST PEOPLE! It works out the same as 5 of the giant jumbo bags like the builders merchants use.Like every industry the Log job certainly has its FLY-BY-NIGHT BRIGADE & We find that lots of people come to us having had there fingers burned elsewhere and are understandably nervous, don't worry when our driver arrives with your logs he will happily let you inspect them before he tips, we are 100% confident you will love our products but if for any reason you are not happy we will take them away and refund your money 100% no problem. This is the BIG ONE for hardwood fanatics! this load currently consists of mainly oak,ash,sycamore and birch.This wood is part seasoned and should ideally be bought with the intention of storing in a well vented place for around another month to make sure.(please note the vast majority of this wood is down around 35% moisture and should be perfect for the coming cold season. Hardwood is a wonderful fuel source and species such as oak ash and sycamore trees have long been a symbol of strength and durability from ship building to roman and viking shield production there uses predate modern times and they are as sought after today as they ever have been. (Can i burn these logs now??? many of our customers do use them straight away although obviously for best results we would always advise that they be stored in an airy place for another 6-12 weeks(A useful tip is to use a few handful's of coal and create a hot bed before introducing these logs, they will burn for AGES!!) please note that drying times for part seasoned wood are guidelines and will vary depending on the species,log sizes,storage and weather conditions.just £450!!

Option 3 is a full tipper load 3.6 m3 ( 6 giant bulk bags worth) of PART seasoned Hardwood & Larch Softwood mixed Logs ** £410

This wood has been down around 10 month in roundform before being processed and delivered so is well on its way to being usable if stored correctly and like our option 2 works out great value - EXPECT TO GET AROUND 130 FIRES FROM THIS VOLUME OF LARCH AND HARDWOOD Considered to be the best product for burning by most foresters Larch is great for starting your fire and tends to burn hotter than Hardwood whilst the Hardwoods will give you a slightly slower burn with lower flame £410

This wood has been air seasoned in wind rows for around 18 months and then split and stored in vented wood boxes for further seasoning and is ready for burning straight away Considered to be the best product for burning by most foresters softwood is great for starting your fire and tends to burn hotter than Hardwood whilst the Hardwoods will give you a slightly slower burn with lower flame
