Leyland Logs are reliable Lancashire based wood fuel suppliers offering a full range of high quality log options for sale, from seasoned and kiln dried hardwood delivered in the tidy no mess bulk bags to full truck loads of part seasoned fire logs delivered at cheap trade prices we are sure we will have something for you.

We were one of the first suppliers in Leyland to develop a firewood kiln, in the early days we had just one kiln operating, it was quite a primitive setup and required the logs to be hand stacked thus limiting how much we could produce at any one time, we now have 3 kilns at our disposal each capable of drying 18 cubic m of timber at a time, we also recently built our own control room with a bespoke computer system that gives us much more information as to how the wood is drying and exactly when they need to be emptied, this information is also constantly sent back to our smart phones, in the early days this aspect was largely down to guess work and past recordings hand written in a book telling us how long it took to dry oak, ash, beech etc

The bulk of the Log processing is carried out by 2 huge Scandinavian processors, here at Leyland Log Supplies we also operate a kindling machine and a 30 ton log splitter, for transporting wood around our estates we use a 12 ton custom built timber trailer fitted with a crane and timber grapple, uprated axles so it can cope in the dry conditions when the terrain is stiff and also extra wide flotation tyres so we do not get stuck in the wet.

Leyland Log Deliveries, When it comes to delivering to the Leyland area we are equally equiped, 3 x 3.5 ton tipper trucks, and 18 ton tipper crane truck and a 26 ton 6 wheeler fitted with a piggy back forklift, whatever your access is like we are sure we have the right vehicle for the job.
